After playing volleyball as a setter for ten years, Carol went to New York University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dramatic Literature. From there, she went to law school, obtaining her Juris Doctorate in May 2023 from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. During undergraduate and law school, Carol spent time working in Human Resources, establishing a background in operations. Carol also interned with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission while in law school, gaining experience in employment discrimination litigation and policy-making. Additionally, Carol has coached girls’ volleyball at the club level for multiple age groups and is currently the Assistant Women’s Volleyball coach at Marymount University.
