Eric Martin

Coach E. has been with VAVA since its start as a floater coach and enters his third year as a head coach. Based on his 30 years of playing experiences and time as a head, assistant, and floater coach he continuously develops and refines his own coaching style.

His focus is on player development and teaching from the ground up, not top down. He focuses on process, team, patience, failure, and volleyball IQ… all while trying to have as much fun as possible.
