Tryout Information

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY IN ITS ENTIRETY.

Be sure to register for the tryout for your CORRECT AGE GROUP. Please consult the USAV age classification sheet above BEFORE registering. Even if you’re extremely sure which age group you are in, double check!

All Players trying out MUST have a valid and current  USAV/CHRVA Membership to tryouts. When registering for membership,  please use the Athlete’s name and NOT the Parent’s name. There are two options for membership:

1) Junior Annual Membership ($55) – Valid for 1 year. Membership is good for tryouts and club season. Players will NOT have to upgrade their membership if/when they make a team. Please pay careful attention to the age group when registering for membership. Players who are 18 OR will turn 18 during the season are required to register for the Regular Junior Girls 18 membership and complete safe sport training:

• Regular Junior Girls 10-17
• Regular Junior Girls 18 (*Safe Sport Training Required – No Fee) 
  
  

2) Junior TRYOUT Membership ($25) – Valid for 10 days only. Membership is good only during the tryout period. Players MUST upgrade ($30) to full membership if/when they make a team.

Upon completion of membership registration and any required training, Players will be able to access their membership card in the form of a QR code. Please save this card to your apple wallet and present the QR code to be scanned at tryouts as proof of membership. Players may also bring a printed copy of their membership to tryouts as well.

Players will not be allowed to participate in tryouts without proof of membership at time of tryouts. NO EXCEPTIONS.
